German & European vehicles

Some European vehicles are a great fit. Some unfortunately, are not.

We don't typically work on Mercedes or BMW. For everything else, it comes down to whether the remote start manufacturer has a proven solution for that exact vehicle. If they don’t, we won’t force it.

There's typically a solution for most Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, we almost always use a vehicle-specific harness. That keeps the install clean and factory-friendly, but it does add cost.

The spare-key conversation:
On some cars, a second key has to stay with the system permanently. If you have a spare, that is the key we'll use. It does not come back out of the vehicle unless the remote start system is removed.
